Gavo Foods is a food processing company based in Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County. We use traditionally neglected yet highly nutritious crops like pumpkin, butternut, sweet potato, cassava, beetroot, amaranth, millet, green banana and carrots that are locally available to make gluten free keto organic flours which is used to prepare all purpose baking flour, porridge flour and powders. Additionally, we use tubers and flowers to produce assorted spices. Flour is a staple food needed for every household; this gives us a biggest market opportunity for our products. Gavo foods primary focus is producing gluten free-keto organic flours, Honey, Assorted spices, juices, seed oils etc., that will serve the needs and healthy requirements for people of all age groups, people on diet and weight management and lifestyle diverse backgrounds.
